The idea for the company came while Mitesh was assisting his wife Krishna with her
small independent chemist shop, in central London. He identified the big increases
between manufacturing and retail prices and realised costs could be slashed by
cutting out the middlemen and keeping overheads to a minimum by using e-commerce.

A business consultant by training, Mitesh then set about creating a business model
and brand name which would ensure his idea bore fruit.
